3.1. Products and Services Eligible for Return The return will only apply to services that have not been fully delivered or where the development or design work has not yet started.
3.2. Conditions for Returns
The return request must be made within 14 days of purchasing the service. The customer must provide a valid reason for the return request.
We reserve the right to evaluate the request and determine if the return is applicable.
3.3. Return Process
The customer must send a written return request to [contact email] with all relevant purchase details and the reason for the request. We will evaluate the request and respond within 7 business days.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of approval.

Cancel Policies

4.1. Service Cancellation

Customers can cancel the contracted services at any time before the work is completed. For recurring services (such as web maintenance), the cancellation must be requested at least 30 days prior to the service renewal date.

4.2. Conditions for Cancellations

The cancellation of a service that has already been started or completed will not be eligible for a refund. For services not started, the full amount will be refunded, less any administrative costs incurred.

4.3. Cancellation Process

We will confirm receipt of the request and proceed with the cancellation within 7 business days. In the case of recurring services, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Excemptions

No returns or cancellations will be granted in the following cases:
Services already completed and delivered.
Custom services that have already been started.
Payments made for third-party services purchased through our platform.
